Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using the AmpVerve platform and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using AmpVerve on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Services

AmpVerve provides an energy asset orchestration platform including V2X optimisation, grid flexibility market access, digital twin modelling, and energy trading capabilities. Service availability and features may vary by subscription tier.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us immediately at support@ampverve.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from the platform, use the service for any unlawful purpose, interfere with other users, or submit false or misleading data.

5. Intellectual property

AmpVerve and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the platform, including patents (pending), algorithms, models, and documentation. Your use of the platform does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property.

6. Data and privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You grant AmpVerve a licence to process your asset data as necessary to provide the services.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AmpVerve total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. AmpVerve is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate by providing 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and we will delete your data in accordance with our retention policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
